It's the day after Christmas, and we're snowed in. That would normally mean French Toast, but not in our house! No! A little Duplin County Magnolia Blush Wine, a bottle of Magic Hat No. 9, and cheap food! This week, we're digging into the pantry, and coming up with Banquet Chicken Pot Pie, Kraft Stove Top Stuffing Mix, a SWAD Navaratan Korma, and a Macaroni Grill Creamy Basil Parmagane Chicken and Pasta. Just another Sunday in our kitchen, where we eat it so you don't have to.
The chicken pot pie is much better when it is cooked in a conventional oven instead of the microwave.
